Emerson Electric Co (NYSE:EMR) has named Frank Dellaquila as its senior vice president and chief financial officer. Dellaquila succeeds Walter Galvin, former vice chairman and chief financial officer. Galvin served as the company’s CFO for 17 years. Galvin will remain as the vice chairman and Dellaquila will join the Office of the Chief Executive. He will report to Emerson chairman, CEO and president David Farr.
