Carrie Underwood and Dallas Cowboys QB Tony Romo Bench Relationship
It seems that Dallas Cowboys 27-year-old quarterback Tony Romo has called an audible in his relationship with ‘American Idol’ winner Carrie Underwood and now wants a break as he prepares for the upcoming NFL season.
While Romo had been linked to Jessica Simpson it was Carrie Underwood that reigned in the Cowboys play caller in the end. But after several months of apparent bliss the two may be calling it quits due to Romo’s insistence for space in his career.
While that may be welcomed news to Cowboys fans its not exactly music to the ears of Grammy winner Carrie Underwood. A source close to Underwood has said “Carrie thought that they were moving closer to a more committed relationship.” The source added that the 24-year-old singer was not happy about Romo’s decision.
