Cafe Muse To Host Comedians Gulden, Annie Wiebe, David Kamatoy and more...
Hollywood, CA - Mark Christopher Lawrence, who plays Big Mike on NBC's "Chuck," is producing a night of comedy & music hosted by celebrity juggler David Kamatoy on Friday, February 5, 2010. The show starts at 8:30 pm at Cafe Muse, a cafe and coffeehouse located in the heart of Hollywood's Theater Row. The cafe features mostly vegan fare and boasts an art gallery.
Slated to appear so far:
Annie Wiebe, a young and aggressive comedian who, while only performing since 2006, has played in many of the top clubs in LA and New York.
Gulden, a beautiful transplant from Istanbul who is touted as "the only female comic from the Middle East still alive."
The CEO Band backs up David Kamatoy to add a little jazz, R & B, and funk to the evening's festivities. Drummer and producer Carl Overstreet, Jr., and up-and-coming musician Leo James are back together from their latest gig at "Mr. Black San Diego."
"I've been on the phone with comedians while on the set," says Mark Christopher Lawrence, "and we have a few surprises in store. The night is going to be a little different from what wev'e done the last few shows. The night is guaranteed to be highly entertaining. With this mix of comics and the addition of music, the house will ROCK!"
