Men, between the years of 1807 and 1847 tried to build machines using what they were told by science and what the 1807 ENERGY and fuel stated, BUT, this didn’t work. It just siphoned off money from science, and those in science, as even today, didn’t like others taking the money for themselves and leaving science short!
So, in 1847, science put a stop to all this machine building, because they NEVER had a chance to work. The 1807 ENERGY had no way of being DEVELOPED, until 1856!
