Meducation® Gains Certification for Allscripts Sunrise Acute Care™
The flagship solution for Polyglot Systems is called Meducation® and it has recently been certified for Allscripts Sunrise Acute Care™ via the Allscripts Developer Program and its uniquely Open APIs. This merger will now allow hospitals to promptly improve patient and medication adherence, reduce hospital readmissions and dramatically improve patient satisfaction.
Meducation, on its own, delivers effective, efficient, patient-centered care that has been proven to increase medication adherence and patient satisfaction. One of the biggest benefits of Meducation include simplified patient-specific medication instructions written at a 5th-8th grade reading level, improved performance under Affordable Care Act funding programs and single page summaries of complex medication regimens. Meducation also provides instructions for over 2900 medicatins and 127,000 NDC codes, in 19 languages and in variable font sizes.
