AOL Appoints Time Warner's David Eun to Head of Content

AOL Inc. has appointed former Time Warner Inc. executive David Eun, as its new head of content. Eun will manage be responsible for all of the companies Web sites and extended content platforms.

 

Thursday, AOL, which spun off from Time Warner in late 2009, announced that beginning March 1 David Eun will take on the position currently held by Bill Wilson, who will exit the company after 9 years.

 

Once employed as vice president of operations at Time, Eun oversaw digital distribution and broadband content and services for AOL, Time Warner Cable and Time Inc. Eun left Time Warner 2006 to work as vice president of strategic partnerships at Google Inc.
