The Means to deliver this energy is made through Power Plants, GOD ALLOWED DANTE TO INVENT TEN of, that develop, extract, transmit and utilize the cleanest, cheapest and safest ELECTRICITY ever on Earthy before, that run themselves, a scientific impossibility, with no fuel, another scientific impossibility.
The Power Plants use a New Science, “SOLID-POWER” Technology, twin sibling to hydro-power and sibling to wind-power!
GOD allowed Dante A. Donatelli Jr., in 1957, re-discover this cheap, clean and safe ENERGY /FUEL/ENERGY SOURCE!
GOD allowed Dante some 41 years to try to introduce it to the World through normal commercial means.
This never happened because of to many thieves, scoundrels and down right dirty business dealing people he had to go through, including the U. S. Government, THREE TIMES!
In early 2005, GOD allowed the U. S. Congress to change certain laws allowing charities to accept gifts of “INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY”, which are secrets of certain phenomena, and have to be propagated in order for the receiving charity to earn money to do their actual work!
In late 2005, GOD directed Dante to begin a charitable organization, ergo, to raise a limited amount of cash to propagate, Introduce and then DELIVER THIS ENERGY/ FUEL and ENERGY SOURCE to the World.
Dante gave them a GAVE THEM A GIFT of ONE POWER PLANT plus 10% of the Technology, AS A GIFT of INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY!
This most legal, unique charitable organization was formed, approved of by the I. R. S. in March, 31 2006, without Dante using to form ONEGIFT4POWER, any use of attorneys or C.P.A.’s!
THIS move, is classified by ALL, believed to be the best way to fail, BUT, because GOD was behind Dante, he not only succeeded, BUT HE APPLIED FOR, and RECEIVED TWO CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES, while most others only receive one!
His key was to give the I. R. S. as much information as they could absorb, 153 pages of such, as anyone can read the application, as it is now public knowledge, whereas the normal being only an average of 20 pages, but vague and sometimes deceptive.
Dante, through GODS direction, figured that IF anyone important wants to stop this magnificent. ORIGINAL, ENERGY/FUEL/ENERGY SOURCE, from entering the marketplace, they could use any deception of information given to the I. R. S. against Dante, and ONEGIFT4POWER, BUT DANTE GAVE THEM NOTHING DECEPTIVE, VAGUE or MISLEADING! PERIOD!
He gave them TRUTH, and PLENTY OF IT!
GOD also gave Dante a FIVE Phase plan to achieve. The fourth phase of this PLAN was for ONEGIFT4POWER, to start and EXCLUSIVELY OWN, a Marketing Corporation to deal with ALL the Licensing, products or services offered by ONEGIFT4POWER!

In this manner, THIS CEDCO COULD OFFER WHAT ONEGIFT4POWER COULDN’T. Since Licenses have to be sold, and CEDCO is the Licensing entity for ONEGIFT4POWER, GOD IS ALLOWING “FIRST - RIGHTS - OF – REFUSALS”. That which means that these that own them, will have the first right of refusal to purchase them when they become available, to be offered by CEDCO, as NO OTHER CORPORATION in the WORLD CAN OFFER SUCH. These Licenses will be for the EXCLUSIVE CONTROL of the ENERGY/FUEL and ENERGY SOURCE Power Plants and Technology FOR ANY GIVEN AREA DESIRED.
The FIRST Phase is the phase now being accomplished. The one-time Fund-Drive, raising some 3.8 MILLION maximum, 2 MILLION minimum, to proceed to Phase Two.
