RADVISION Ltd (NASDAQ:RVSN) has announced that it has acquired certain assets of the Aethra group of companies of Ancona, Italy. The acquisition included certain intellectual property and technology for high definition video conferencing endpoint systems. The purchase price for the acquisition is Euro 7.0 million in cash. RADVISION will also assume specific liabilities relating to the acquisition of Euro 3 million. The company notes that the transaction will be accretive during the fourth quarter of 2010.
