Dialog Semiconductor plc (FWB:DLG) has announced that it has purchased power management technology through an asset transaction with Diodes Zetex GmbH. Dialog also acquired certain Diodes intellectual property rights and an employee team in Munich, German through the transaction. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition will strengthen Dialog’s leadership in integrated power management. Dialog’s CEO Dr. Jalal Baherli notes the company’s excitement over the acquisition, and the ability to provide its customers with higher levels of integration and unique features for user interface and control.
