Britney Spears and her drug counselor dating?
Rumors have been flying that Britney Spears and her drug counselor are dating. The 25-year-old pop singer denies that her relationship with counselor John Sundahl is anything more than professional.
Sundhal, 38, was recommended to Spears by someone at Promises, the rehab center she recently went to. Sundhal is not only a drug counselor; he is also a wealthy real estate developer. They allegedly first met at his home in Beverley Hills to discuss counseling methods when the conversation turned more intimate.
The National Enquirer reports a source describing the pair as a "close to the new couple." "John’s smitten with Britney," the source says. . "I’ve never seen him act so ridiculous with a girl. He’s so in love with her that he’s risking his career just to keep her happy."
The source also claims that Spears and Sundhal got close beside the pool. "Britney and John ended up making out beside the pool — and Britney acted like she didn’t care who saw her," the source said. "She’s got no shame."
Sundhal also denies that he and the "Toxic" singer are having a relationship. He told the Enquirer "I am not having a relationship with Britney Spears."
The Enquirer also reports that Spears mother is happy for her daughter and her supposed new romance. "Lynne says this guy is exactly what Britney needs to turn her life around." A source told the Enquirer.
