Lindsay Lohan sued for a 2005 car crash
As Lindsay Lohan continues in rehab so do her legal problems. Lohan has been sued by Granduer Inc. The 20-year-old actress is accused by the company of crashing into one of their vans almost two years ago in October 2005.
The "Mean Girls" star, who was checked into rehab on May 28 after crashing her car into a curb and arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence, hit a Granduer Inc. van that was parked in Beverly Hills. Granduer Inc. wants $3,624.84 from Lohan for damages.
The 20-year-old actresses’ rep had no comment. The case will be heard by a judge on June 20.
