Sandra Bullock is in a court battle with her alleged stalker Marcia Diane Valentine. Valentine tried to run over Bullock's husband Jesse James with her car after he attempted to write down her license plate number.
Valentine pleaded not guilty on Tuesday after she was charged with aggravated assault and stalking in April. If found guilty Valentine will face a maximum sentence of 4 years and 8 months prison time.
Bullock has a three-year restraining order against the 46-year-old after the actress testified in court that Valentine put "weird signs" and "pieces of animal fur" on her property. She also said Valentine laid down on her driveway until she was ordered to leave.
The restraining order states Valentine may not come within 500 yards of Bullock, James, or his children and cannot try to contact then in any way.
