Flowerama Columbus Reminds Shoppers to Make Time for Holiday Family Events like Wildlights at the Columbus Zoo and the Huntington Library Holiday Train

COLUMBUS, OHIO. (December 9, 2014). Flowerama Columbus, a family owned and operated flower shop with four locations, reminds shoppers to take time to enjoy the holiday season at the Columbus Zoo and its Wildlights presentation, which includes three million festive LED lights, holiday displays, music, refreshments, and Santa Claus and his reindeer as well as the Huntington Holiday Train.

What better way to enjoy the holidays than to do it with the special events planned at the Columbus Zoo and the holiday train at the Huntington Library.”

The Wildlights event is included in the zoo admission. It is open from 5pm-9pm on Sunday-Thursday and 5pm-10pm on Friday and Saturday. The event is closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Santa Claus is available for photos each day while kids can also decorate a Christmas cookie with Mrs. Claus. An ice skating rink is also available for family fun. There are numerous other holiday events, performances, and activities located throughout the zoo, making it a real fun day and evening out during the holiday season.

The train rolled into the Huntington Library on Monday, November 24 and will stay through Sunday, January 4, 2015. The Huntington Holiday Train has delighted people of all ages since 1992 with its 280 feet of track, tunnels, bridges and replicas of historic homes. This is a free event that the family is sure to enjoy over the holiday season.
