Findit to Offer Members the Ability to List Real Estate Properties
Findit.com a site owned and operated by Findit, Inc. OTC Pinksheet FDIT will be adding Real Estate to individual Findit accounts for members to list properties. The first phase will provide members to post listings to their Findit Site. Listings can be properties for sale or rent.
Each listing will have the option of including a description of the property, picture gallery, and video along with highlights of the surrounding area. Real Estate Agents will be able to market their listings through their Findit Site to attract both sellers to list with them along with buyers and renters to properties they post inside Findit.
Currently Findit is working with Real Estate Agents from Keller Williams, Caldwell Banker and Century 21. The current agents are utilizing Findit, Inc. press release distribution service along with Findit Right Now Status updates to post their properties and have them shared socially. The agents have the ability to have a unique Findit Keyword URL that can be searched in Findit and display in the top search results while building out their brand and making it very easy for a potential buyer to find their listings and a seller to have a look at what these agents can do for them with the Findit tools. Each listing currently is posted in the Right Now feed and includes a picture gallery, description of the property, video a link to the listing agent website and in most cases a press release on the property that was distributed through TransWorldNews to its 285 North American publishers which displays on approximately 300 websites.
Findit accounts have Friending and Messaging providing the agents to receive messages from potential buyers or renters along with people who are looking to find and agent to list a property with.
In addition to Real Estate Agents individuals will have the ability to list properties as well through their Findit account.
Findit will launch the first phase for Real Estate listing between now and April. The second phase will include additional services to assist Real Estate Agents in additional indexing, social engagement and lead generation directly from their Findit Dashboard.
Findit currently offers Keyword URLs in Findit and a yearly press release package that individual agents can purchase to distribute press release of new listings, properties they would like to highlight along with updates when a property is sold. Property managers for apartment complexes can also register on Findit to feature their complexes.
