New Yorkers Paul Gerard (Exchange Alley, Soho House,), Billy Gilroy (Employees Only, Macao Trading Co.,), and Patrick Fahey (Macao Trading Co., Naked Lunch, Peggy Sue’s) announce the opening of Belle Reve: a much-needed neighborhood joint offering easy food by day and boozy soirées.
The vibe will be comfortable, and the design cool. Showcasing eclectic collectibles, and music one would find in the living rooms of New Yorkers with lifetimes of tales to tell. The trio have boiled down their combined century of experience in hospitality to a simple concept - ‘make yourself at home’.
With no "A" tables or egomania, narcissism and snobbery is neither encouraged nor tolerated. Belle Reve will be a warm port of call for friends and families to enjoy a simple soup & sandwich, a quality meal, or as the sun sets to gather around the piano, knock back pints, sip a whiskey, and join in song.
