Pauly Shore Being Sued by Wes Craven

Comedian Pauly Shore is being sued by his neighbor, Wes Craven, after water from his home allegedly damaged the horror film director’s property.

Craven, best known for his work on the “A Nightmare on Elm Street” and “Scream” franchises, claims that after Shore upgraded his property with a pool, spa and landscaping it caused a landslide and has resulted in water damage to his property.

The lawsuit was filed on Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court and accuses Shore of negligence. Craven has claimed that the damage has lowered his property value as well as destabilized his land.
