Real Estate Listings to go Live in Findit.com

Real Estate Listings will soon be able to be posted to Findit.com. The listings will be posted by members inside their Findit Site. Each member on Findit has the option of having their own unique Findit dot com URL. The unique URL in Findit acts as the member’s website in Findit.  The URLs when searched on Findit are indexed at the top of search results in Findit.

In the event a member does not want to purchase a Findit URL they can select a screen name. Screen Names can be the same as other members where a URL is unique. The screen names along with the URL are indexed in Findit search so anyone searching Findit can locate the Findit Member they are looking for. With the addition of Real Estate listings being able to be posted inside a member’s Findit account having a unique URL for a Real Estate Agent, Property Managers, Apartment Complexes or landowner that posts listings currently on other property sites makes it really easy to brand yourself in Findit and give someone a specific address to locate you in Findit.

The listings will display in Findit inside the member’s Findit account of the person doing the listing. The listings can be very in-depth. Each listing can include a complete description of the property along with pictures, video, map and contact information.

Findit is an open platform. This open platform allows search engines to crawl Findit and index the listings in search results. Findit currently has approximately twenty real estate agents in the United States that are currently using the Findit platform coupled with our press release distribution services with TransWorldNews. The current agents are distributing press releases on new listings, price reductions and changes and sold properties. Along with the press release distribution members can do Right Now status updates on properties that can pull in the press release, picture gallery, video, link, audio file and a description up to six thousand characters. The status updates can be shared to other social sites and bookmarking sites to gain additional visibility.
