"Grey's Anatomy" Katherine Heigl launching line of scrubs
Katherine Heigl is launching her own line of hospital scrubs. The actress plays intern Iizzie Stevens on the hit medical drama “Grey’s Anatomy.”
Heigl is co-designing her own line of hospital attire called the Katherine Heigl Collection. She had partnered up with a healthcare-clothing company to launch the new line of scrubs.
The line will feature designs for women who work in hospitals, clinics, labs, dental offices, and spas.
"I have tremendous respect for women in the healthcare industry and I know that it is often a difficult and thankless job,” Heigl says. "I wanted to create a line of scrubs that would allow women to infuse some of their personality and style into their work apparel. When you feel good about how you look, you are more confident, more motivated and it can lift your spirits."
