Kristan Cole, the Vice President of Keller Williams Mega Agent Expansion, will be teaching at the 2015 Expansion Systems Orientation (ESO) to be held in Austin, Texas later this year.
The Expansion Systems Orientation, scheduled in Austin, Texas, is a brand new course from Keller Williams University that will teach successful, productive agents how to consistently and predictably grow teams by expanding into additional market centers using proven models and systems. “Regardless whether you ever plan to expand into additional markets this class will take your real estate business to the next level,” states Cole.

Cole now Vice President of Keller Williams Mega Agent Expansion has also served as the Regional Director for Keller Williams Realty’s Southwest Region, a segment of the company representing more than twenty-five offices and 3,500 agents. She also owns one of these offices, which has over 300 agents and three satellite locations. Her other leadership opportunities have included serving as President of Alaska’s branch of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, Director of Keller Williams Realty’s Commercial Leadership Council, and Talent Search Director for Keller Williams Realty’s corporate headquarters. In addition to her executive position within Keller Williams International, her real estate business, Lifestyle Homes Worldwide; a member of the Kristan Cole Real Estate Network has served buyers and sellers with their real estate services for over 30 years with multiple locations in the United States and plans for worldwide expansion offices.
Under her leadership her real estate organization has consistently ranked in the Top 100 in KW and Top 250 among all teams, as ranked by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends Magazine.
