Kristan Cole of the Kristan Cole Network recently completed her courses and was awarded her Real Estate Brokers license in the state of Arizona. Cole is now a licensed associate broker in both Alaska and in Arizona. The Kristan Cole Network, with Keller Williams Realty Alaska Group, has expanded from Alaska to Arizona and Utah with future plans for nationwide office locations. “I firmly believe that you must consistently put your clients’ best interests first to be successful in Real Estate. Having my Brokers license will enable me to better see to the needs of our clients,” stated Cole.
The Real Estate broker license is one of the most sought after licenses for Real Estate agents in the country.
The advantages of having a Brokers license is that the broker is held to a higher standard than other agents and is required to complete additional education, experience and training. Having a Brokers License enables the agent to better equip themselves to serve their clients in the changing marketplace. Also, having a Brokers license will enable Cole to open more expansion offices throughout the state to better serve their clients in their area.
