The project is expected to be valued at approximately $30 million. The solar farm is being built in Peterborough, Ontario on Lily Lake Road.

Prior to the closing of the previously announced transaction between EPOD Solar and ICP Solar, the PUI agreement will be assigned to ICP Solar.
