Shares of graphics chip maker Nvidia Corp. rose on Thursday 2007-06-21 after the company debuted a new class of chips, helping to lift the Nasdaq 100 in midday trading.
The Nasdaq 100, which includes 100 of the largest nonfinancial securities traded on the Nasdaq Stock Market, rose 7.90 points to 1,930.02. The broader Nasdaq composite added 1.16 to 2,601.06.
