The announcement was made at the Renewable Energy Technology Conference & Exhibition (RETECH2010). Penn State has joined Volvo’s Academic Partner Program, launched in 2009 for research cooperation with selected universities. The program currently covers Sweden, France and the United States. The company continues its to establish long term partnerships with universities around the world in the field of automotive research.
