Rapper 50 Cent Battles Child Support Demands
A man is worth more than just his name and according to Shaniqua Tompkins one man in particular is worth a lot more than what his name indicates. Tompkins claims that rapper 50 Cent, the father of her 10-year-old son, should be shelling out substantially more than the monthly $25,000 check he contributes for child support and house expenses.
50 Cent arrived in a New York court on Friday after Tompkins demanded the Grammy nominated rapper and star of the film “Get Rich or Die Tryin’” contribute more of his fortune.
Tompkins lawyer, Raoul Felder has said the rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, is worth “tens and tens of millions of dollars” while Jackson’s lawyer claimed Tompkins’ greed is “insatiable” and said “her demands keep escalating.”
