The bottom of the clouds, is where the water in the clouds, leaves them, by way of the force of gravity being exerted on the water, ergo MECHANICAL ENERGY which is defined as “a force applied or about to be applied to liquid, solid or gaseous matter”, is the ENERGY SOURCE of which the water falls with. Then, the same mechanical energy runs the water doen streams, rivers and into the Lakes of HYDRO-POWER projects, like the Hoover Dam, or over the falls of Niagara Falls Hydro-Power Project!
THIS WATER DROPPING and MOVING DOWN STREAM and RUNNING INTO LAKES, HAPPENS AT NIGHT, DURING CLOUDY DAYS, and EVEN WHEN THE SUN DOESN’T SHINE WITHIN THOUSANDS OF MILES.
