No Reason For Bloomberg To Run For President

With polls saying that 70 percent of Americans feel that the country is heading towards the wrong direction, things are not so hunky-dory for the Republicans.

Most Americans are unhappy with job being done by President George Bush and the Democratic Congress.

This means that voters at the moment are dissatisfied with the Republicans as well as the Democrats.

But this does not mean that they want Michael Bloomberg to be the next president.

Bloomberg is running as an independent and is no more a Republican. But then he never was. He changed his affiliations from a Democrat to a Republican to run for mayor of New York after Rudy Giuliani.

There is no doubt that Bloomberg did a good job as the mayor of New York after Giuliani but other than the gun control issue, Bloomberg is not talking anything different.

If the voters have to vote for someone who made a difference then they would rather vote for Giuliani, who was instrumental in changing and making a huge difference in New York.

This means that there is no reason for voters to vote for Bloomberg or him to run for president.
