STEP TWO -- Your Loan is Approved and Funded
Homefront Mortgages, Inc. or your Real Estate Agent will provide you with a list of suitable Settlement Attorneys to choose from, that will handle the funding of your loan, along with many other factors which make your purchase go smoothly.
We will coordinate with the settlement team and you'll sign the final papers at their office.
