What features of the home have you really enjoyed?

I love our large living room it really is a great area to gather around and hang out with our friends. I love we are located right beside a pond where we love watching the wildlife.

What can you tell us about your neighborhood?

Our neighborhood is quiet. The West Ashley Greenway is located behind the neighborhood which is a 7 mile bike way or trail from South Windermere to John's Island. Our neighborhood is located 5 minutes from 526 and 5 min from the Mall.

What do you love about your town?

Charleston is a great town with good eats. West Ashley has a great nightlife in Avondale which is located 4 miles from the neighborhood. We are 10 minutes from downtown Charleston.

Where are your favorite places to eat?

West Ashley has great restaurants like Zen Asian Fusion, Taste of Thai, Sesame Burger, Red Orchid, Glass Onion, Swig and Swine, Mellow Mushroom, Triangle Charleston and Bar and Gene's Haufbra the oldest bar in Charleston.

Grocery stores and other conveniences?

We love the we are 5-10 minutes from the Mall, Movies, Harris Teeter, Publix and Costco!

What do you love about the area?

West Ashley is great town to raise kids. They have great parks, playgrounds and schools. There are lots to do outdoors. It is an easy drive to Downtown, airport, the beach and historical landmarks and plantations.

What other things do you love/enjoy about the area?

We love going to the beach, going downtown to eat or enjoy the scenery. We love the art festivals, running on the Greenway and boating with friends.
