This year the Oregon State Championships of Cornhole will include the Washington State Championships of Cornhole played at same time in same building. This will be great fun for the players and crowds.

Frank Geers of American cornhole says, "The ACO has decided to add the Washington State Championships of Cornhole to part of the festivities this year at the Oregon State Championships primarily because we have heard from players in the region and across the country in states that don't currently have a state championships, their disappointment in not being able to compete for a state title. So in places that make sense for the ACO to allow a state championship to cross the boarder to a great host city and venue we are trying to accommodate where and when we can. Forest Grove, Oregon has successfully been hosting our state championships for three years now and since we have had a few players calling from Washington wanting to compete we decided to finally make an event that would give them the chance for their state title. Now both Oregon and Washington will be playing for their own state titles in the same building on the same day. This is going to be a pitching fun cornhole EXTRAVAGANZA! "
