The Hisense 4k TV 300 and CocaCola 600 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races are held at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, NC as part of a weekend long Memorial Day celebration. Saturday, May 28th, in the Hisense 300, NASCAR XFINITY Series regulars will battle against NASCAR Sprint Cup Series drivers in a 300 mile afternoon showdown. During the opening ceremony, Team Fastrax™ will honor our Nation’s fallen heroes with a patriotic demonstration jump that will include their 2,000 sq. ft. American flag and a 1,100 sq. ft. Honor and Remember flag. The team will also perform before the CocaCola 600, long considered one of the top 5 NASCAR races.
John Hart, owner of Start Skydiving, and member of Team Fastrax™ said, “We are honored to be performing our patriotic American Flag skydive during such an exciting weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Both races are sure to be a lot of fun, and we appreciate the opportunity to salute our fallen heroes on Memorial Day weekend.”
According to the speedway website, the 57th running of the CocaCola 600 NASCAR Race will include a performance by Lee Brice.
