Then register for Christian Orthodox Classes offered online at the St. Athanasius and St. Cyril Coptic Orthodox Theological School. We offer many different course styles to accommodate the schedules of our busy students. The theological school seeks to provide students with a sound Orthodox Christian education, which prepares them to become Christian leaders who are spiritually mature, biblically and theologically responsible, professionally competent, intellectually astute, as well as committed to sharing the truth of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We offer online courses, on-campus courses, hybrid courses, intensive courses, and blended courses in the spring, summer, and fall semesters. Our Orthodox Students take classes to earn a Certificate of Orthodox Theological Studies or Masters of Divinity.

The Certificate of Orthodox Theological Studies is designed to offer a general introduction to Orthodox theology through the introductory graduate level study of Scripture Church History, Dogmatics, Patristics and Canon law. The program does not provide the educational nor pastoral requirements necessary for priestly ordination. But it is a one-of-a-kind first degree in theology, from which a student could advance to a Masters of Divinity degree or PhD degree in theology.

Our three-year Masters of Divinity is designed to provide Orthodox Students with the education to become an ordained priest, or Christian Leader in their community. We prepare servants to serve in other forms of church service such as Youth Ministry and Chaplaincy.
