Jay Arthur to Speak at ASQ Audit Conference

Jay Arthur, owner/CEO of KnowWare International and a Lean Six Sigma expert, will speak at the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Audit Division Conference 2016. This year’s conference will be held at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis, TN. October 20-21.

Mr. Arthur will be speaking on Friday, October 21st from 9:45 a.m.  to 10:30 a.m. His topic is: The Magnificent Seven Power Tools of Quality. According to Jay Arthur, “while there are many tools of quality, seven tools will solve the vast majority of operational problems."  In this session you will learn the three types of problems and the seven power tools of quality.

Jay teaches people how to turn Data Into Dollars™ using Microsoft Excel. Over the last 25 years, Jay has helped companies save millions using the Magnificent Seven Power Tools of Quality. He is the author of Lean Six Sigma Demystified (2nd), Lean Six Sigma for Hospitals(2nd), QI Macros for Excel, and Breakthrough Improvement with QI Macros and Excel: Finding the Invisible Low-Hanging Fruit (McGraw-Hill, March, 2014).
