Grow the sport of cornhole. Become an ACO Cornhole Certified Official

The American Cornhole Organization (ACO) is looking to recruit Certified Officials (COs) to promote the game of cornhole and help to grow the sport on a national level, and to make some extra money while they do it.

American Cornhole Certified Officials are fans or players of the sport with a passion for the game and an interest in being their own boss. The COs are responsible for running major tournaments in their areas, recruiting other Cornhole Tournament Officials, and running various ACO corporate activities.

There are currently more than 75 active ACO COs across the United States. The application process to join the American Cornhole Organization is quick and easy and can be found here.

ACO COs have access to a wide range of gear and merchandise at a discounted price, as well as the ability to sell products and memberships for a profit.

The ACO website also features a popular podcast, TACO (Talking ACO), with some valuable information about how fans and players can get more involved in the sport.

The American Cornhole Organization has grown to include not only State and Regional Championships, but also a World Championships of Cornhole Tournament to crown its champions. There are various series types including Singles and Doubles to bring out the best of the best in the sport of cornhole.

Watch American Cornhole Organization Director, Catherine Kennedy talk more about the ACO World Championship and what it means to be a Cornhole Tournament Official.

The American Cornhole Organization was founded in 2005 by Frank Geers of Milford, OH. In his own words, he says “ACO Cornhole Certified Officials are avid Cornhole players and enthusiasts whose passion, hard work and positive attitude help grow the sport we love so dearly. Joining us as a certified official is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the sport and have a fun side gig that puts some extra money in the pocket.”
