Prime Sun Power Inc. (OTCBB: PSPW) $0.20. Today announced its plan to develop, build and operate 500 Megawatts photovoltaic solar power generation through the end of 2013 out of which 150 megawatts is expected to be acquired by third party investors. In addition to the proceeds from selected strategic financiers currently in negotiations with company management, the company will use the revenues generated out of third party projects sales in the development and construction of its own power plants. The company strategy is to act as a consortium leader with reputable world-leading EPC and Module suppliers to deliver all projects on Turnkey basis. The company aims to achieve a leading position in the provision of solar energy.

 

What They Do: Prime Sun Power intends to provide solar power, wind power, and other renewable energies.

 

Technical Communications Corporation (OTCBB: TCCO) $7.02. Today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special one-time dividend of $2.00 per share of common stock outstanding. The dividend is payable in cash on March 22, 2010 to all shareholders of record on March 8, 2010.

 

The Company also announced that the Board of Directors had discussed the implementation of a quarterly dividend program commencing in the next fiscal quarter. It is the current expectation of the Board of Directors that at the May meeting of the Board, and continuing at each quarterly meeting for the foreseeable future, the Company will consider a declaration of a quarterly dividend in the range of $0.10 per share.

The Perugia International Film Festival is scheduled to have its preliminary launch in the Fall of 2010.
