We have good Hi Speed Wifi, a good Cable TV package, Apple TV & Chromecast on a 55″ TV in the Living Room.  The home is professionally cleaned after every guest with plenty of fresh towels & linens changed out every time.  The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of cookware and lots of caffeine options, I provide coffee filters, basic coffee & tea choices as well as many other sundries items like tin foil & cooking spices.  The fridge has filtered water & an ice maker.  The home also has a washer/dryer, iron & board & hair dryer too.
