Commodities Stocks Up On Weak Dollar (AA, AKS CENX, FCX, GLD, PCU)

Most of the major Commodities recovered from last week lows on the speculation that the European Union will help Greece with its growing debt burden and weak dollar. Givem this most of the commodities related stocks are moving higher.

Alcoa Inc. (NYSE:AA) surged 2.50% to $13.37 on high volume as metal prices rises.

 

AK Steel Holding Corporation (NYSE:AKS) jumped 3% to $20.59.

 

Century Aluminum Company (NASDAQ:CENX) soared over 6% to $11.49 on very high volume.

 

SPDR Gold Trust (ETF) (NYSE:GLD) rose 1.12% to $105.20 as Gold is up about 1%.

 

Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. (NYSE:FCX) and Southern Copper Corporation (USA) (NYSE:PCU) also moved up over 3.50% as Copper rising.
