A Memorial Day weekend staple - grilling out with friends, family, and honoring those who have died while serving in the United States Armed Forces. However, just days before Memorial Day 2019, the US Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service has issued a recall for more than 62,000 pounds of raw beef due to E. Coli Concerns.

Beef was packaged at the Aurora Packing Company Located in Illinois on April 19, but was shipped nationwide for distribution.
The Bad Beef has the establishment number ‘EST. 788” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
The Bad Beef includes over 40 different types of cuts and products, most of which are steak, ribeyes and briskets.
