American Express Gold Card Offering 50k Membership Reward Points with $2k Spend

Back again with an elevated sign-up bonus is the American Express Gold Card which was recently revamped, replacing the Gold Premier Rewards Card. This elevated bonus of 50,000 Membership Reward Points can be found using the incognito mode or private browsing mode on Chrome and Firefox and is better than the standard offer that ranges from 25k-35k points.

Right now the referral offer that is showing up in my account is only for 40K points, which makes the public offer (in private browsing mode) that much better.

This is an excellent household card and for those who the majority of their spend is on groceries and eating out. American Express Membership Reward points can be transferred to numerous travel partners or used to book through American Express’s own travel portal.
