The product affected has an establishment number of 51192 inside the USDA Mark of inspection and is labeled “Table 87 Coal Oven Pizza, Home of the Coal Oven Slice Proscuitto” and has a UPC code 804879558286. The product was produced at the plant between April 1, 2019 and June 4, 2019.
The product was shipped nationwide to retail and wholesale locations as well as online retailers. While there have been no reports of consumers having reactions to the product if they consumed them, you should contact your Primary Care Provider if you did consume this pizza product.
Consumers who have the product in their position should discard them immediately or returned to the place of purchase.
