American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP) has scheduled its 2010 American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy Interim meeting February 7-10, 2010. The meeting will take place at the Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel at 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway in Arlington, Virginia. Speaking during the event will be AACP Executive Vice President and CEO Thomas Menighan, MBA, and Administrator, Health Reasources and Services (HRSA) Mary Wakefield, Ph.D., R.N. Menighan and Wakefield will hold presentations discussing “How can health professions education generally, and academic pharmacy specifically, heighten its commitment to educating collaborative professionals who are competent to meet the needs of both individuals and communities?” The event is free to members of the press.
