American Cornhole Organization, the ACO, has chosen Owensboro KY as the destination for its Season 18 ACO World Championships of Cornhole in 2023.
It is a spot the Organization is very familiar with, holding an event every year, and ACO Announcer and Promoter Michael "Fin" Walter, a Louisville native, is excited to bring the competition back to the State of Kentucky.
"It is right in the breadbasket for us as far as where a lot of our players come from. The costs associated with travel to Owensboro are very reasonable. The food and drink pricing is always great, the hotel pricing is always great and there is always so much going on around Owensboro, and just since we were there for the Worlds 12, so much more," said Walter.
For the last 17 Seasons, the ACO has been featuring its World Championships in various cities throughtour the United States bringing with it, the best pro cornhole players in the country.
Tha ACO World Championships of Cornhole are a week long Festival of Cornhole competition including: Juniors, Seniors, COED Doubles, Womens, Doubles, and the crowning of the King or Queen of Cornhole as the ultimate prize.
The ACO has been the sport of cornhole, since 2005. View the sport of cornhole videos 24/7 at Youtube Channel https://www.youtube.com/americancornhole
