American Cornhole, LLC Introduces Captivating ACO PRO Series Skins Division to Season 19 Tour

American Cornhole, LLC has unveiled an exhilarating twist to the classic game of cornhole with the introduction of the ACO PRO Series Skins Division, a groundbreaking format incorporated into the ongoing Season 19 Tour, which commenced in September.

Drawing inspiration from the concept of "skins" games seen in various sports, such as golf, disc golf, curling, and bowling, the ACO PRO Series Skins Cornhole Game brings a fresh and competitive edge to the world of cornhole.

Here's how it works:

  • Each game is comprised of a total of 13 skins.
  • Every frame within a game is equivalent to 1 skin.
  • Players earn 1 skin by outscoring their opponent during a frame, regardless of the score.
  • Each skin is assigned a monetary value (TBD).
  • The game concludes when a player accumulates 7 skins.
  • Both players have the opportunity to earn cash for each frame they play.

The American Cornhole Organization (ACO) introduced the ACO PRO Series Skins Game in May 2023 and is now showcasing a dedicated ACO PRO Division as part of the Season 19 Tour, which commenced in September 2023.

The inaugural ACO PRO Series Skins Game for the ACO Pro Majors Tour took place during the weekend of September 8-9 at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center in Charleston, WV.

Reflecting on the success of the ACO PRO Skins Game, Frank Geers the President of American Cornhole stated, "The ACO PRO Skins Game exceeded our expectations. The overwhelmingly positive feedback from ACO Pros, players, fans, and viewers underscores the excitement this format brings to both play and watch. We anticipate this format becoming a staple at backyard gatherings and tailgate parties worldwide as we continue to encourage everyone to 'Keep on Pitchin'."
