Kevin Federline calls Britney Spears "mentally unstable"
Kevin Federline reportedly says estranged wife Britney Spears is to young and unstable to be a mother. The couple are going through a divorce and share custody of their two children; 21-month-old Sean Preston and 9-month-old Jayden James. Rumors are flying that the "Toxic" singer wants to work things out with Federline. A source "close to the couple" reportedly said Spears called Federline and said "I'm not divorcing you! I want my family back!" The source claims that he does not want to work things out with Spears.
"He thinks she is mentally unstable and too young to be a mom. He expects to have full custody of his children one day. But he loves his kids and, to that extent, he will look after Britney," a source told Us Weekly magazine.
The pop princess is also reportedly filing for a restraining order against her mother because she claims her mom, Lynne Spears, is addicted to perscription drugs. Spears allegedly got angry when she found out Federline was allowing her mom to see the two children while they were at his house and is afraid they will try to take them away from her.
