Lindsay Lohan allegedly had cocaine in her system and was drunk the morning she crashed her car into a curb in Beverly Hills. The 20-year-old actress' toxicology reports prove that she was driving with "nearly twice the legal limit" of alcohol in her system as well as a detectable amount of cocaine when she wrecked her convertible Mercedes.
She suffered minor injuries from the crash and was taken to a nearby local hospital for treatment. She was arrested for suspision of DUI and police found a "usable amount" of cocaine in her car.
The "Mean Girls" star entered Malibu's Promises rehab center following the accident. She is still at the facility and is expected to complete an "extended care" program. Lohan has canceled her 21st birthday bash that was suppose to be held at PURE nightclub. She will celebrate with her family.
With in the next few days the Beverly Hills Police Department may present the case to the Los Angeles D.A. Blair Berk, Lohan's lawyer, would not comment on the the latest developments saying "It's highly inappropriate for me to discuss a pending case. It is extremely unprofessional for law enforcement to do it."
