George Clooney had liposuction?

"Sexiest Man Alive" Geroge Clooney is rumored to have had liposuction. The actor sparked rumors when he was photographed sporting a large scar across his stomach while in Italy.  Clooney,46, recently joked about having cosmetic surgery on his eye but has he really had it on his stomach?

The scar is located just above his belly button. Medical consultant John Getty says the scar could be from Clooney's previous surgeries on his back and neck. Clooney underwnet surgery in 2004 after an accident on the set of political thriller 'Syriana.'

"There is a lot of spinal surgery that's done from the front. It's a bit higher than I'd expect for a spinal scar but it is possible," Getty said. "Skin puckering" is another explanation for the mysterious scar.

Stan Rosenfield, Clooney's publicist, said that Clooney had not had liposuction and suggested is was due to weight fluctuation. "It's probably just from putting on the weight he lost from filming during his last movie," Rosenfield said.
