  Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE: RAD) up   1% on 5 million shares, today announced financial results for its first quarter   ended June 2, 2007. Results for the first quarter do not include the acquisition   of the Brooks Eckerd stores and distribution centers acquired June 4, 2007 from   the Jean Coutu Group (PJC) Inc. since the acquisition closed following the end   of the quarter. The remaining quarters for fiscal 2008 will include the results   of the acquisition.
 
  Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: IMH), down 21%   on 5 million shares, being taxed as a real estate investment trust ("REIT"),   announced yesterday that as a result of the Company's previously disclosed   strategy to accelerate the liquidation of its real estate owned ("REO")   portfolio through the new auction process implemented this quarter, the Company   is experiencing higher than expected loss levels. The Company believes   accelerating the disposition of REO's through this auction process will   ultimately reduce losses and preserve capital over the long run. As a result,   the Board of Directors has elected not to declare a second quarter 2007 dividend   on its common shares. To maintain REIT status, the Company is required to   distribute 90% of its taxable income for the calendar year.
 
  Novell Inc.   (Nasdaq: NOVL) today announced a new solution to help organizations enforce   security policies at the most vulnerable location on the network, the endpoint.   Novell(R) ZENworks(R) Endpoint Security Management complements the existing   Novell ZENworks product line by extending policy-based management to device   security. The new solution enforces security policies to control device ports,   wireless connections and applications, as well as to guarantee data encryption.   With ZENworks Endpoint Security Management, customers can mitigate security   threats and ensure compliance with regulations and enterprise policies.
 
  Ivanhoe Energy Inc. (Nasdaq: IVAN), up 11% on 3 million shares,   announced yesterday it has successfully completed its key Athabasca bitumen test   run at Ivanhoe Energy's Commercial Demonstration Facility (CDF) in California   using its proprietary heavy oil upgrading technology (HTL(TM)). This test was an   important step for Ivanhoe Energy's business development activities, as well as   for the design of full-scale HTL facilities. This run represents the culmination   of the CDF testing program carried out over the last two years.
