Analog Devices, Inc. has had two claims concerning patent infringement against Knowles Electronics dismissed by the US District Court in the District of Delaware. The order was issued by the court after the withdrawal of claims by Analog Devices. A stipulation of dismissal was signed by both parties. Knowles Electronics President and Jeffrey Niew states that the company has believed the claims to be without merit from its onset. He continued to state the company’s confidence in the legal process and that the remaining claims will be resolved in the company’s favor.
