WET Automotive Systems AG has announced that its subsidiary Windsor, Ontario, Canada Based WET Automotive Systems, Ltd. has filed a lawsuit against Amerigon Incorporated (NASDAQ:ARGN). The lawsuit regards the infringement of eight patents held by WET. The patents range from a variety of seating and blower technologies for the provision of passenger thermal comfort. WET is seeking monetary damages. The law suit was filed in the United States District Court for the State of Michigan, Eastern District.
