Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo sex picture scandal

Vanessa Minnillo has more scandalous pictures exposed but this time it’s not knife pictures with Lindsay Lohan; it’s sex pictures with boyfriend Nick Lachey. TMZ.com reports that a lawyer for the couple is trying to keep the racy photos from appearing in magazines and on the internet.

Life & Style magazine published steamy photos of the couple in a “heavy makeout session” at a private resort in Mexico. More explicit pictures were taken of Lachey and Minnillo in the hot tub but won’t appear in the magazine.

TMZ.com reports a source that has seen the photos told them the pictures are “Paris sex tape-level scandalous.” Lachey and Minnillo’s lawyer, Marty Singer, told TMZ, “The photos that were taken of our clients by a Mexican photographer violated Mexican law and were a clear invasion of privacy, and we have threatened to take legal action against third parties who publish the photos.” Singer sent a letter to all weekly magazines telling them a lawsuit will be filed against them if the publish the pictures in their magazine.
