Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo Hire Top Lawyer to Prevent Explicit Photos from Surfacing
Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have gone into serious damage control after photos of the pair engaged in sexually explicit positions began to surface.
Both Lachey and Minnillo have hired Marty Singer, the pit-bull attorney who has won cases for celebrities such as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Demi Moore, Sylvester Stallone, Eddie Murphy and Jim Carrey.
Lachey, the former '98 Degrees' boybander and Minnillo, a one-time host of MTV’s TRL were vacationing in a private Mexican resort when the photos were taken.
While Life and Style Weekly magazine already published a few pictures there are several more that show the couple in a much more intimate manner. It is those photos that Lachey and Minnillo are looking to keep out of the media and their attorney has already thrown out a warning saying “The photographer was outrageous and malicious. The photos that were taken of our clients by a Mexican photographer violated Mexican law and were a clear invasion of privacy, and we have threatened to take legal action against third parties who publish the photos.”
